Masseria San Domenico, thanks to its ample outdoor spaces that characterizes it, allows guests to enjoy privacy, fully respecting social distancing.
The procedures:
- ROOMS: All rooms will be sanitized following each check out with approved products. Since 2014 the Masseria uses a sanitizing system for pillows certified “Sanipill” after each occupancy.
- RECEPTION AND COMMUNAL AREAS: All areas will be sanitized regularly and sanitizing hand gel will be available for all guests and staff alike.
- RESTAURANTS: Prior reservations will be obligatory and we will give precedence to our outdoor spaces (in summer) respecting the recommended distance between tables.
We will assure a prompt service for all Room Service requests for guests that, having private spaces within their rooms, may choose to take advantage of this service. - AIR CONDITIONING: The filters will be regularly sanitized in all communal areas and more specifically in guest rooms following every check out.
- SPA: The treatment of the water in the Thalassotherapy salt-water pool will be intensified, all “wet areas” will continue to be purified with ozone, oxygen and ultraviolet light treatments, as per legislation.
- BEACH: Our beaches will be available, as usual, to all our guests from June to September, interpersonal distancing will be adhered to.
