Keeping with its original purpose of oil press, Masseria San Domenico’s restaurant offers specialties from the typical cuisine of Puglia with the emphasis is on seasonally available ingredients accompanied by a rich selection of the best wines from this region. Vegetables and home-grown products such as olive oil and fruit are grown or produced in San Domenico’s own land and fresh fish and shellfish come from our Adriatic Coast.
